it's treatable!

I found out yesterday that i have the h.pylori bacteria.

Not sure how i would have gotten this infection...i wash my hands so often, it's unreal! I feel sick about that...but the good news is that it is treatable. I will start my treatment in a couple of weeks after i boost my immune system and get in better overall health. Working on that now! Thank you all for your continued prayers...i'm anxious..only because i've been sick so long, i feel really worn down.

Uncle David came to visit last nite. OMG Natasha is so beautiful!!

Finishing up things day

Woke up this morning with scrapbooking on my brain, so i had to get these out of my system. We're finishing up Kayla's project, getting the house cleaned, doing groceries and picking up my pictures which i ordered from the photo lab, then I'm taking the kids for dinner at East Side Marios. Gonna be fun!

Good Friday

Today is Good Friday. The kids and i had a very relaxing day at home, doing absolutely nothing. Woohoo!!

I scrapped a little. Although, i must admit i wasn't really in the mood. Sometimes, it is strictly therapeutical! :)

My holiday went by too fast...

I really didn't have much mojo to do anything else...pray for me. I'm going through a difficult time right now...with alot of hard choices to make. I need the Lord's guidance. Thanks.

Weekend - ahhhh!!

I caught up on some sleep this morning. I slept from 10 pm last night until nearly 9am this morning. Talk about needing some rest!! I've been sick so long, I really needed it. Not much planned for today, except for some cleaning and groceries. I've got a couple of books going at the moment, so hoping to get those finished. I really want to scrapbook too!! We'll see how things go.

The doctor called me to go over the results of my blood tests, unfortunately i couldn't get an appointment until March 26th. I'm a little anxious...and hope it's not bad news. Please continue to pray for me, i'm really nervous.

I took these pictures of Kayla the other day before we left for a mini-holiday at Dennis' house. She looks so pretty with her hair all curled. My pretty princess. you know...as hard as it is sometimes being a single mom, i do not regret ever having had those two children...they are an extension of me...only better. I couldn't have asked for better kids. When Mom is upset they really care and pull through for me, taking care of me. It should be the other way around. They are so grown up and i'm really proud of them.





And this was me and Jory fooling around with the built in webcam on this laptop. What fun!!!

The new Laptop is amazing

So the laptop Dennis bought me is truly amazing. I am in love with it. I can carry it anywhere i go and use it in bed if i want to. HA! Dennis truly is so good to me...and i thank God for him every day. He really was an answer to my prayers and has been the man i was looking for all my life. (I love you Babe!) A friend as'ked me today... "why are you so special?" and i didn't really need to think about that much.... MY GOD LOVES ME. You have no idea how much i cried out to Him when my marriage failed...and Dennis is HIS way of showing me how much he heard me and cares about me.



We've been on hollidays this week. Monday, Jory had a friend over, and they took pictures of the cat playing Rock Band. These are cute. Cool cat.




Yesterday we came home for the day, and the kids played out in the snow. Check these out. Awesome.






Tonight we are off to D's house to spend the remainder of our holidays together. He got tomorrow and Friday off too....woohoo!!!

Storm of the Century

We survived, but holy moly there is a tonne of snow!! officially...52 cms fell between Friday and Saturday night. AND we got 28 cms of snow last week. We were just finished digging out and we got hit with the wallup of snow. It really is unbelieveable the size of the snowbanks....12 feet really is kinda ridiculous. It is so dangerous pulling out of driveways, because you can't see over the snowbanks...can't tell if there's traffic coming or not. INSANE i tell ya.











AND since i was bound to the house for the entire weekend, i did a little bit of scrapbooking. I wanted to do more, but didn't have the mojo. Oh well.







AND i got the most awesome news....DENNIS (who i think is the greatest boyfriend in the entire universe!) bought me a laptop!!! I pick it up tonight...I can hardly wait. I'll be able to have internet access anywhere in my house...in the privacy of my room or wherever i am!! This is gonna be so awesome!! He's so awesome...i love him!! Thank you Lord for Dennis...he is sooooooooo good to me!

P.S. I'm on holidays this week starting on Tuesday. :) YAY, for march breaks. :)
