It just needed some grease!

What a relief. Had mechanic take car for a run this morning...it appears all my car needed was a grease job. The new strut mounts were rubbing...so he lubed them up and voila...no more squeaking, screeching and rubbing. PHEW!

Rainy Weekend

The kids and I have been home all weekend, doing absolutely nothing. It is absolutely wonderful to be able to do this once in a while. Not worry about putting on your makeup and curling your hair...not having anyone around that would really give a crap about that..hah!! I was supposed to go to Diane's and Brenda's for the barbeque but after driving home from work Saturday morning..the noise coming from car seemed to get worse and it was kinda freaking me out. It sounds alot like my front struts, but I can't be too sure - was thinking also perhaps it was my wheel bearing...squeaking and sounding like the entire front end of my car is gonna come off the frame. FRIG! Anyways..not taking the car out this weekend. I'll have to bring the car back in the garage on Monday. I still owe the garage $900.00 for the work they did on it couple of weeks ago.

I sat here and thought about all the bills i have and how i will possibly pay them all, and decided i really don't care and will not worry because I'm gonna leave that up to God. Lord, I can't do it on my own...so you're gonna have to help me. THANK YOU!. Lawyer's bill $800.oo like what for? I'm still not divorced and ended up taking on the debt from HIM that I really didn't want to...nor could afford to. How is that people can betray you like that...treat you like a total doormat, piece of crap and the laws still let them get away with this S*it?? I just don't get it.

Kids were sick this week with colds, fever, headache and what not...but finally are getting better. Apart from laundry and a bit of housecleaning i really don't have much to do, so i'm going to scrapbook. Here's a layout I made yesterday...when i got home from work. MOM and DAD I love you!!!!!!!



OH almost forgot to mention. I went to the gyneacologist this week. He is putting me on Progesterone...which is called Depo Provera. It's a shot you get once every 3 months...we are gonna try it for 6 months. It will probably eliminiate my menstrual cycle which I don't mind. If this works...we know it is the endometriosis causing me pain, if not...we'll explore other avenues. I'm totally frustrated with this whole process...but thank God I've been feeling about 25% better than usual. I had my ultrasound on Friday and the cysts on my ovaries were gone!! Thank you LORD! Thank you all for your prayers...you've been so supportive. Onward now...I'll get through this!

American Idol Gives Back

Last night's show was a real tear jerker. OMG...didn't you just wanna donate your life savings to those kids in Africa?? It's just not right...it's inhumane the conditions they live in. Fabulous show last night.

Kayla and Jory are both at home today sick. Headaches, fever, cough...groan. I WILL NOT GET SICK NEXT - NOT GET SICK!!!

It's been a long time since i posted

I realized i hadn't updated in a few days so thought i'd send you some crazy photos we took over the weekend! We are doing well. I got a doctor's appointment with the specialist - finally!!!!!! I go tomorrow at 1:45 and my other ultrasound on Friday. I'm not nervous...at this point, the pain is so random (yet painful) i'm ready to let it all go!

Mom and Dad...Dennis and i were discussing just how proud you would be of him...of how he loves me. I don't think anyone other than you guys has ever loved me so much!

David, those pics of the baby are absolutely gorgeous!! She is a little darling!! I can't wait to hold her. How are you guys holding up?? Sandy looks awesome by the way. I hope she is keeping up with her rest!

Winter in the Spring!

I could not believe my eyes!! This morning, I woke up to this!!!








Grandpa called in the morning to tell us the school buses had been cancelled. This was the kids' reaction. HAHAHA!



Turned out Grandpa misunderstood the radio and that the buses were not cancelled...but the kids had a free day off anyways.



It was still snowing (REALLY WETLY) when i brushed all the massiveness of snow off my car. This is what my hair looked like afterwards...it looks like a mop!

What a great weekend!!

I had such a great weekend. I decided to stay home this weekend and catch up on rest/cleaning/laundry and do some scrapbooking. I needed to spend some time with the kids too...so we did that and had a hoot. I got so much done...i feel so productive.








David where is that baby of yours?? I keep sitting by the phone waiting and waiting and waiting. Me wants to be a new auntie again! HURRY! (hehehe).

Jory was a little piggie on the weekend, catch these photos. HAHA! He made a ginormous peanut butter sandwich, which reminded me of you DAVID...hahaha! He ate the whole thing - OMG!




And I had lunch with Anne (Dalrymple) now Pugliesse. We had so much fun!! She always made me laugh and I love her giggles. Her daughter is so gorgeous!

I don't dream as much as I used to. I've become quite cynical because of life situations that have really sucked the life out of me. I know now, that the important things in your life can be snatched from you in seconds. Cherish every moment and make the best of your life.

Somedays I get so mad at my situation. Other days and mostly, I am very happy to have my kids and my boyfriend and family. Things happen for a reason. Eventually...I think it will all work out beautifully. It's challenging in the meantime. There isn't always enough money, or time for anything. I worry alot about my finances. It was so much easier with two incomes. I hate hate hate scheduling and drop offs and divorce bullcrap.

YES. I love to scrapbook! I scrap about 10 - 12 hours a week. I try to get in at least one layout each night during the week (instead of watching crap on tv).

I want to be his wife. I want to know that I've touched alot of people in many ways and made a difference in someone's life.

♥10. What is your favorite food? just one?
Chocolate!!

I hate bananas that are too ripe, but if they are just right I LOVE THEM!.

The day my children were born.

I am very organized. I lagg behind though...because I don't always feel good (this darn endometriosis and uterine/ovary crap)...but mostly my house is very neat. (Except my bedroom). OMG...my bedroom is a mess! I am a neat freak at work and in my scrapbooking too. :-) I'm not anal though, like my ex husband. (Thank God I don't have to worry about that anymore).

Felt so good

....to be home from work before 5 for once. I think i should do that more often. I wish I could get caught up and not worry, but frig...seems like it will never go away (the paperwork that is).

Anyways...after doing a bit of household chores and a bit of laundry i sat down and did two layouts.

This layout is called Broke. A few weeks ago, while talking to me on the telephone one Friday evening, Dennis gasped, "OH MY GOD...my watch just broke!" He seemed absolutely mortified and distraught. He mentioned to me that he was heartbroken because he'd had this watch for many many years. He'd never taken it off in the entire 15 years he'd had it. It is really hard to find flat digital watches and this one was entirely comfortable. So i tell him to take a picture of his sad face and a close up of his broken watch so that i could scrapbook it for memories. This is what he took:



And i could not stop laughing...as i stood there looking at the digital photos on his camera the following day...thinking to myself, "This man never thinks inside the box...and I can always count on him to make me laugh". There is never one dull moment with this beautiful man! And oh how I love him.

Another weekend has come and gone. :-(

We had the most fun weekend. Saturday was absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. With the sun beating down and the clear skies, warmess on your skin and clear roads...it made travelling just so joyful. I wanted to spend the entire day outside. When we arrived at Dennis' house, the kids went out on the trampoline.

I think Saturday was the first day i did not have any pain! It was freaking awesome! Tonight is low key...just getting ready to hit the hay now...another fun weekend coming up! EASTER is so soon!
